Size of the Space: 36.96 m² - including approx. 2–2.5 m² storage area behind the curtain, additional storage space within the bar furniture, and a basement compartment.

Capacity (for events): Approx. 20–25 people inside the shop. It is also possible to use the area in front of the space. Based on past events, guests have always distributed themselves comfortably between indoors and outdoors.

Neighborhood: Public transport connections are excellent, with buses 13A, 14A, and 56A as well as the U4 Pilgramgasse and U3 Zieglergasse underground stations nearby.

Furnishings & Equipment:

• Four floor-to-ceiling windows usable for installations or product displays
• llluminated display shelving for products
• Large custom-made café bar with 6 NIKARI bar stools
• Well-designed lighting concept by XAL and FLOS
• Storage options: behind the curtain (shelf), within the café bar furniture, above the WC ceiling and in a basement compartment
• Toilet with washbasin
• Large refrigerated display for drinks, additional refrigerator and freezer
• Professional dishwasher (for gastronomy use)
• Additional seating: 2 small tables and 1 bench (both custom-made by a carpenter) & 2 chairs

Note: There is also the option to rent a LA MARZOCCO Linea Classic (2-group) espresso machine and EUREKA Atom coffee grinder & other coffee equipment (not included in rental rates!).
